A little about us
If this is your first time arranging a house clearance, we understand it can feel like a big step. Choosing a company you can trust makes all the difference. We’re a family-run local business that’s been proudly serving our community since 2012.
What started as a small part time service, borrowing a friend’s van to help clear local homes, has grown into a trusted, professional property clearance company of seven dedicated people.
Each member takes genuine pride in providing a smooth, respectful, and stress-free experience for every client.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We’re passionate about re-use and recycling, ensuring that as little as possible goes to waste.
In the past year alone, we donated over 55 tonnes of furniture, clothes, and household items were donated to local charities, helping raise thousands of pounds for vital community causes.
Whether you’re clearing a full property, preparing for a move, or simply need extra space, we’re here to help, responsibly, efficiently, and with care.
This approach not only reduces recycling costs for our customers but also ensures that treasured belongings find new homes to be re-used and re-loved.
In addition, we purchase quality antique and branded items in demand in today’s market to help offset your overall clearance costs. These can include antiques, vintage furniture, decorative objects, architectural salvage, records, and collectables.
With us, you can be confident your clearance is handled responsibly, with respect for both your property and the environment.

When you choose us for your house clearance, you can trust that everything will be handled safely, respectfully, and in full compliance with environmental regulations. Our teams are fully trained in Health and Safety and we hold £10 million public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
We take extra care to protect your property — laying down protective mats before work begins and wearing shoe coverings when necessary. Every team member is trained to treat your home and belongings with the same care and attention they would their own.
We are fully licensed by the Environment Agency (Licence No: CBDU13893) and only use approved recycling centres. After every clearance, you’ll receive the official recycling centre receipts, giving you full visibility and assurance that all materials have been ethically and legally disposed of.
Our fleet of Long Wheelbase Luton Vans — fully enclosed for discretion and equipped with tail lifts — can carry up to 1 tonne (25 cubic yards), making them ideal for everything from small clearances to full-property projects.
