Contact us by phone, email or online to get advice and best options for your clearance. Upon estimate acceptance we’ll find the best time to suit you and confirm your Booking.
Team
Arrive
Promptly onsite at booked time. Your team will perform a walk-through onsite with you to determine items that are staying / of value before work commencement.
Property Cleared
All contents will be respectfully cleared as requested and will either be purchased, donated to charity or disposed at a licensed waste transfer station. Areas cleared swept.

When repurpose or reuse isn’t viable or cost effective, we use only licensed recycling centres across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire with recycle rates from 84-99.8%.

Supplementary Charges only apply if an item cannot be reused or donated.
Wherever possible, we donate suitable furniture and household items to local charities. If we’re able to give an item a second life via one of our many charity partners, any supplementary disposal charges are waived.

We provide every customer with an environmentally conscious, and compassionate service. Our team is experienced in handling all kinds of clearances from small apartments to large properties and our service is tailored to best match your needs and budget.We charge primarily by the volume we collect. All our prices include loading, sweep-up and related recycling costs.

How It Works?
A 2-4 man team and large luton van(s) with removal equipment such as boxes, bins, protective floor matting and access ramps for a specific time agreed at estimate to clear contents from property.
Items are sorted into categories during the time of services and are then donated, recycled or purchased for reuse and taken on to relevant donation and recycling centres during the day/time of clearance.
What's included?
Estimates are based on information provided and all contents will be removed/donated and recycled as requested. Some items such as Fridges, TV’s, Paint and Chemicals require specialist recycling and incur additional costs outside standard recycling fees. These costs are usually provided within original Estimate unless they are unknown at time of Estimation. We do not as standard remove ‘Hazardous Waste, Curtains, Carpets and Stairlifts’.
On The Day
Upon arrival at property, we will introduce ourselves and perform a walk-through. Heavy-duty industrial floor mats are then laid to reduce foot traffic and wear to the carpet and hard floor surfaces.
We work top down usually, so dependent on job type will start in the loft / bedrooms etc. and finish with any outside work such as garages and sheds to avoid dirty feet coming back into the property.
We respectfully and quietly remove everything from the property and load it onto our vans, we never break anything up although some larger items such as wardrobes will need dismantling so they can be removed without damaging walls doorways etc. Upon completion we will vacuum/sweep all the areas cleared.
